Matsuri, with Chef Tadashi Ono’s noted cuisine, is a celebration of Japanese food. Fresh fish and organic grains are flown in daily from Japan. The menu, which changes seasonally, includes such standouts as thinly-sliced fluke sashimi with red pepper and ponzu, Sake Black Cod and yellowtail sashimi with ginger vinegar sauce. The menu has more than 200 kinds of sake, including Daruma, a special house sake made by a renowned sake brewer.
